1. Database
Start PostgreSQL/PostGIS or connect an approved managed database.
2. Migrations
Set DATABASE_URL and run npm run db:migrate.
3. Ingestion
Configure CRON_SECRET and INGESTION_ADMIN_SECRET, then trigger the protected ingestion route.
